The total land area of the project is approximately 9,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 51,000 square meters. The Science and Technology Innovation Comprehensive Building is based on the essence of the group's culture—"Song Mao Jing Run"—and integrates the characteristics of an enterprise with innovative research and development of high-tech as its core competitiveness. It aims to create a new generation of industrial research and development complex themed on "ecology, culture, and life," accommodating more than 500 researchers to simultaneously conduct one-stop research and development experiments for new functional coatings, inks, adhesives, and special coatings.
