This year marks a year of organizational transformation for the Group's supply chain, and the SRM system is an important tool for achieving transparent procurement, supply chain collaboration, and cost reduction while increasing efficiency. All project team members must "manage strictly, execute diligently, provide feedback frequently, and be patient," to connect the upstream and downstream of the supply chain and achieve standardized supplier management.
Currently, digital construction is an important deployment of Sokan's strategic transformation. The successful launch of this project marks Sokan's continuous progress towards cost reduction, quality improvement, efficiency enhancement, and digital operations.
