"Steadfastly cultivating and diligently pursuing excellence | Matsui Group Testing Center passes CNAS re-evaluation and expansion assessment"
Recently, Matsui New Materials Group Co., Ltd. officially passed the re-evaluation and expansion evaluation by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), successfully expanding its testing services by 3 items.
The testing center of Matsui New Materials Group Co., Ltd. obtained the CNAS certificate after the initial evaluation in May 2022, stabilized its CNAS laboratory qualification after the supervision evaluation in May 2023, and will welcome its first re-evaluation in May 2024. At the same time, to better implement the ROHS 2.0 control standards and respond to the national environmental protection policy, in line with the company's second strategic curve, the laboratory applied for the expansion evaluation of the phthalate project and the automotive cold and water resistance project during the re-evaluation period.
After a year of rigorous and detailed preparation, all partners at the testing center are full of confidence. Under the leadership of laboratory director Holly Li, quality manager Emerson Liu is responsible for organizing and summarizing various documents and accreditation rules, while technical manager Colin Wu is in charge of integrating experimental reports, arranging on-site tests, and providing technical guidance to testers. The team is systematically carrying out all preparatory work before the audit. Meanwhile, during the intense evaluation phase, colleagues at the testing center actively cooperated with the relocation of the Science and Technology Innovation Building to meet the filming needs of the company’s promotional video, becoming the vanguard of the new building.
At the evaluation site, the CNAS expert review team organized the review of system documents, on-site inspections, and personnel communications, conducting a comprehensive review of elements such as laboratory personnel, equipment, methods, environmental facilities, and management systems. Ultimately, the review team unanimously concluded that our laboratory's quality management system operation, personnel resource allocation, laboratory capability confirmation, and use of accreditation marks meet the requirements of the accreditation criteria, demonstrating the ability to provide objective, fair, and accurate testing data, and approved the re-evaluation and application for the expansion of 3 items.
Successfully passing the first re-evaluation and expansion evaluation is another important milestone for Matsui Group in the inspection and testing field, marking the continuous improvement and modernization of the Matsui Group's inspection and testing platform. It ensures product quality while meeting the company's product development needs, laying a solid foundation for mutual recognition of testing results in the industry, enhancing the company's reputation and market competitiveness.
With high aspirations and heads held high, the Matsui Group Testing Center will further improve its internal management system, elevate testing technology levels, and empower the group’s technological innovation and high-quality development with better quality management and technical service capabilities.
