On the morning of July 19, 2021, the "Songjing talent training project project project research and approval presentation meeting" was held in the conference room on the fifth floor of the R & D building. The convening of this meeting indicates that the company's talent training project has entered the practice stage of talent training mode from the basic construction stage of training mechanism such as competency model building, learning map planning and talent evaluation. The talent training mode of subject research adheres to the concept of "knowledge depends on the classroom, skills depend on training, and ability depends on the subject". It aims to break the current situation and solve the special subject through the way of subject research, so that the study object can be trained and improved.
Since the start of the talent training system construction project in November 2020, through the preliminary investigation and several rounds of discussions of middle and high-level cadres and core backbones of R & D / marketing grades, the project has now output phased results, including: Matsui senorei dictionary, post competency model, marketing / R & D / Application grade learning map, core key post evaluation results and talent Jiugong grid.
According to the results of core and key post evaluation and talent output of Jiugong grid in the early stage, the company selected 8 high potential talents, namely Jerry Chen, Patrick Ding, Steven Xiong, Damon Chen, Glenn Hu, Paul Xie, Jack Wang and Ando Du, as the first batch of training objects. Under the guidance of zero brand consultants and tutors for one month, 8 researchers completed the topic selection and report of the project. At the project launch meeting, each researcher explained the selected topics in turn, and received the on-site guidance of the zero brand consultant, the topic advisor, the center director and the executive vice president. Everyone had a clearer understanding of the topic selection analysis, objectives and plans of the topic research, which provided a guarantee for the promotion and implementation of the follow-up research topics.
