Recently, the Ningxiang City Federation of Trade Unions held a meeting to celebrate the 2021 International Labor Day and promote the "Six Deliveries" service activities in enterprises. The meeting was attended by Li Youming, a member of the Municipal Standing Committee and Minister of the Organization Department, Zhou Zexiang, Vice Chairman of the Municipal People's Congress and Chairman of the City Federation of Trade Unions, Liu Jiyang, Vice Chairman of the Municipal People's Congress, Chen Deqi, Vice Mayor of the Municipal People's Government, Li Chun, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference, Wang Zijin, Chairman of the Ningxiang Economic Development Zone Federation of Trade Unions, and more than 190 representatives from various levels of recognized collectives and individuals. The meeting summarized the work of the trade unions in our city in 2020, deployed the work tasks for 2021, and also recognized 15 advanced teams that emerged from the "Fight in the Second Half of the Year to Win Double Victories" key construction project labor competition in Ningxiang City in 2020, with the Matsui Phase III Engineering Department winning the award for the Phase III project.
Since 2020, the Matsui Phase III Engineering Department has consistently adhered to the principle of "safety first, prevention foremost" and the principle of "emphasizing both management and training," focusing on quality standardization and supervision of the construction site. They have integrated refined management into the entire process of safety and quality management, striving to solidify the foundation of safety management. In the specific implementation process, they started with departmental personnel, unifying everyone's understanding of safety and quality through training; at the same time, they continuously strengthened the management of "handover acceptance," vigorously implementing a "find faults" system with responsibilities assigned to individuals. On this basis, the Matsui Phase III Engineering Department continuously improved the inspection system for management and technical personnel, conducting random checks on handover acceptance and project quality, resulting in a significant change in quality standardization from static to dynamic, from superficial to essential. Their refinement is also reflected in civilized construction, ensuring that materials are neatly stacked on the platform, and the entire construction site is orderly.
Through the "Five Implementations" of safety and quality management, namely, responsibility implementation, hazard investigation and handling, on-site "safety first" behavior, ensuring the implementation of work quality measures, and assessment distribution, as well as the "Four Implementations" of construction organization management, which include implementing the division of tasks for the current shift, implementing tasks for each position during the shift, implementing the cost accounting tasks for materials during the shift, and conducting a weekly summary and monthly meeting, they achieved excellent results and maintained stability in safety and quality standardization assessments. In 2020, the Matsui Phase III Engineering Department overcame various difficulties and completed all engineering construction plans on schedule.
