At the meeting, Songjing Co., Ltd. and Hunan Kingdee officially signed the strategic cooperation agreement for digital transformation, and both parties will carry out extensive and in-depth cooperation in areas such as enterprise management information.

It is reported that this digital construction will be based on the existing information technology of the company, planning and upgrading various systems with a group management concept, achieving integration and value creation of six major systems to support the realization of the company's strategic goals. According to the introduction by the project manager from Party A, Xu Ruihong, this "full-process, multi-organization, and integrated" digital platform construction is the first attempt in the industry, an innovation in IT technology, and also an innovation in management.

This digital platform construction is a strategic project, a management project, and also a "top leader" project. Ling Yunjian, Chairman of Songjing Co., Ltd., serves as the chief commander of Party A's project, and Wang Weiguo, Executive Vice President, serves as the executive leader of Party A's project leadership team, with department heads, center leaders, and subsidiary general managers as project team members, totaling more than 80 people.
