Process: Oil adjustment - Spraying - Surface drying - LED exposure - Development - Post-UV - Final baking - Cleaning
Features: Suitable for 3D curved glass to replace traditional screen printing decorative inks, flexible construction process, both spraying and screen printing are possible, can be one exposure one development or two exposures one development; high resolution, can achieve a minimum precision of 10um, can create various complex patterns; clean development, can be washed with weak alkaline ultrasonic after curing.
