Process: Glass -> Printing protective ink -> HF etching -> CNC -> Film stripping -> Cleaning
Features: Excellent adhesion to glass substrates, resistant to 30% HF for up to 4 hours, can be CNC machined, resistant to cutting fluids, 5% NaOH at 80℃ for 3 minutes causes film stripping, resulting in fragment detachment.
Fourth Generation Touch Coating
Process: Low temperature pre-baking at 50-60°C for 5-10 minutes, baking at (70-90°C) for 30-60 minutes, film thickness 40-60um, requires additional baking at 60-80°C for 6 hours to test performance.
Features: WB tactile coating uses water-based resin as the film-forming substance, reducing the amount of solvent used, and employs low-temperature drying. When paired with the appropriate water-based primer, it can achieve different colors and various tactile effects.
