Two-component polyurethane coating 2K series (primer)
Process: Primer → IR → Topcoat → IR → Offline baking → Testing
Features: High-gloss topcoat with excellent leveling and fullness. Can be used as a two-component primer and single-coat topcoat, providing a very good metallic feel, commonly used for electronic products such as mobile phones, laptops, digital cameras, and DV. Matte topcoat can be used in conjunction with high-gloss topcoat, offering excellent transparency and wear resistance.
Ultraviolet (UV) light curing coatings
Process: Primer → IR → Topcoat → IR → UV → Testing
Features: Regularly preferred, mainly used for glossing solid color paints and silver powder paints, with excellent vibration and wear resistance; mainly used for glossing UV topcoat on battery covers, with good leveling and fullness, and high hardness; mainly used for glossing white or light-colored topcoats, with minimal yellowing and quick de-yellowing; mainly used for high gloss UV glossing on solid color paints, with high hardness, good leveling, and excellent steel wool resistance; high gloss UV topcoat with outstanding boiling performance, mainly used for glossing solid color paints, can be selected when customers have high boiling requirements.
Process: primer → IR → UV topcoat/PU topcoat → offline baking → testing
Features: Surface texture is obvious; diverse surface effects; can achieve various colors; good material defect coverage.
First generation tactile coating
Process: Primer → IR → PU topcoat → IR → Baking → Testing
Features: Standard sample products for mobile phones and toys, RCA: about 50 times, soft and smooth feel; standard sample products for laptops/mobile phones, RCA: 100-150 times, balanced feel and physical properties; standard sample products for laptops, RCA: 150-200 times, relatively hard feel, excellent weather resistance.
Second Generation Touch Coating
Process: Material - Cleaning - Spraying - Room Temperature Pre-baking - High Temperature Curing at 100℃-120℃ - Finished Product.
Features: Smooth and delicate feel, excellent wear resistance, good workability.
Third Generation Touch Coating
Craft:
1: Material → UV spraying → UV preheating → UV curing
2: Material → Primer spraying → Primer drying → UV spraying → UV preheating → UV curing
Features: This type of product has a good hand feel and excellent dirt resistance. Compared to traditional PU feel paints, this type of product is easier to apply, more efficient, and consumes less energy.
