High-temperature curing coating

Process: primer → IR → UV topcoat/PU topcoat → offline baking → testing
Features: Excellent adhesion to difficult materials such as metal and magnesium-aluminum alloys; high-temperature color paint layer with good arrangement of aluminum powder, excellent adhesion between high-temperature primer and topcoat, and outstanding re-coatability; very good appearance and dirt resistance, suitable for decorative coatings on laptop shells.

Decorative ink 3D spray ink

Process: Raw glass -> Printing protective ink -> Cutting -> CNC -> Polishing -> Demolding -> Cleaning
Features: Compared to screen printing, the process is simple, has high productivity, small color difference, high yield, and low cost.

First Generation PVD

Process: primer → IR → primer coat → IR → UV → middle coat → IR → UV → top coat → IR → UV
Features: Used for conventional PVD vibration-resistant topcoats on slightly wide edge structures and narrow edge structure materials.

Protective ink, HF-resistant protective ink

Process: Glass -> Printing protective ink -> HF etching -> CNC -> Film stripping -> Cleaning
Features: Excellent adhesion to glass substrates, resistant to 30% HF for up to 4 hours, can be CNC machined, resistant to cutting fluids, 5% NaOH at 80℃ for 3 minutes causes film stripping, resulting in fragment detachment.

Fourth Generation Touch Coating

Process: Low temperature pre-baking at 50-60°C for 5-10 minutes, baking at (70-90°C) for 30-60 minutes, film thickness 40-60um, requires additional baking at 60-80°C for 6 hours to test performance.
Features: WB tactile coating uses water-based resin as the film-forming substance, reducing the amount of solvent used, and employs low-temperature drying. When paired with the appropriate water-based primer, it can achieve different colors and various tactile effects.

Protective Ink CNC Protective Ink Series

Process: Raw glass -> Printing protective ink -> Cutting -> CNC -> Polishing -> De-molding -> Cleaning
Features: De-molding results in fragmentary pieces falling off or dissolving, no hanging frame
