On December 7th at 18:00, the employee activity center was bustling with people and cheers. The phrase "Great strength brings miracles" marked the first shot of the 2021 billiards tournament hosted by Matsui Co., Ltd. This billiards tournament was divided into two parts: a competitive match to showcase skills and fun activities to enhance communication. 45 billiards enthusiasts from Matsui gathered together to compete for victory and share joy.
This billiards challenge was divided into singles and doubles. The singles knockout rounds were held first, and the top 50% of players drew lots to form teams for the doubles competition, determining the top four. During the competition, players either played steadily and cautiously or achieved victory through unexpected strength. Their focused expressions, appropriate force, and precise positioning created thrilling moments in the match. After two nights of intense competition, Ma Li and Zhou Shuangfeng ultimately won the championship of this billiards challenge, He Sheng and Jiang Guiyou took second place, while Jiang Xiaoguang and Yu Jianxin secured third place, and Zhong Jianhua and Chen Xu finished fourth.
The fun billiards segment consisted of two parts: "Free Hit" and "Step by Step to Win." Players either carefully considered the positioning of each shot or thought hard about the strength and angle of their swings, striving for the highest number of goals in speed and seeking the highest winning rate in strength confrontations.
