2021 Annual Employee Forum Held

Recently, based on the employee satisfaction and engagement survey, the Human Resources Department organized the 2021 Employee Forum at the Ningxiang headquarters. A total of 48 employee representatives participated in this forum, accounting for 19.83% of the headquarters. Due to the impact of the pandemic, the forum sessions originally planned for the South China region were canceled.
Unlike previous years, this time employee representatives could choose topics for discussion. Topic One: What do you hope to gain from the Matsui platform? Regarding your expectations, what areas do you think the company needs to improve? Topic Two: What keywords would you use to describe the overall atmosphere of the company? Do you have any great ideas for creating a positive atmosphere? Based on the opinions and suggestions collected from their respective departments in advance, the employee representatives were divided into five groups, with four groups choosing Topic One and one group choosing Topic Two to actively engage in brainstorming discussions, creating a positive and lively atmosphere on site.
At the meeting, the opinions and suggestions put forward by each employee representative were practical, and the discussion results presented by each group resonated with the attending employee representatives. In particular, the third group worked well together, presented clearly, and provided specific examples. Their suggestions, such as installing heating devices at washbasins in winter, extending the duration of voice-activated lights in restrooms, and developing a mini-program to facilitate everyone’s participation in evaluating cafeteria menus, received unanimous recognition and strong support from the audience.
As an annual communication event, this employee forum not only brought everyone closer in terms of work and life in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere but also laid the foundation for continuously improving the company's management methods and creating a good corporate culture.
