Recently, on the basis of employee satisfaction and engagement survey, the human resources department organized the 2021 annual employee forum in Ningxiang headquarters. A total of 48 employee representatives participated in the employee forum, accounting for 19.83% of the total number of employees in the Department. Due to the impact of the epidemic, the symposium originally planned to be held in South China was cancelled.
Different from previous years, the employee representatives of this employee forum can choose the theme for discussion. Topic 1: what do you want to get from Matsui platform? In view of your expectations, what do you think the company needs to improve? Topic 2: what are the key words of your evaluation for the overall atmosphere of the company? What are your best ideas for creating a good atmosphere? Based on the opinions and suggestions collected from their respective departments in advance, the staff representatives were divided into five groups, four groups selected theme 1 and one group selected theme 2 to actively carry out brainstorming discussions. The atmosphere on the site was positive and warm.
At the meeting, the opinions and suggestions put forward by each employee representative were practical, and the discussion results displayed by each group of representatives also aroused the resonance of the employee representatives present. In particular, the partners of the third group have tacit cooperation, clear statements and specific cases. The proposed installation of heating equipment on the hand washing table in winter, the extension of the duration of the voice controlled lights in the toilet and the increase of the exhaust system, and the development of small programs to facilitate all staff to participate in the evaluation of the canteen menu have won the unanimous recognition and high support of the whole audience.
As an annual exchange event, this staff forum not only brings us closer to work and life with its relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, but also lays a foundation for continuously improving the company's operation and management methods and creating a good corporate culture.
